Reliable Assisted Living and Training LLC

I visit and call my grandmother almost everyday she is very happy!! They go on trips and have a wonderful time they even send pictures and video when they go out. The ladies are looking nice and smells good. I have never seen the house filthy or even smell anything foul. The owner allows us to come and go as we please, so it's no visitation schedule, so we can just show up anytime. It has been a great experience for my grandmother because other facilities she wasn't happy until now. I have eaten here a few times and each time the food was very good. We like the fact that it is a smaller scale community, so you are able to get to know the care givers much easier. The caregiver was super friendly, and we do believe our love one received the best care possible.

I am a RN that has worked at the facility to provide care over the course of many months. Each time that I've been there the owner has been nothing but great to her residents and staff members. The facility is always clean, rules are always implemented for safety and the overall environment is very welcoming. A few things that stood out to me are that the meals are always healthy and patient specific based on individual needs. Secondly, there are specific guidelines regarding bathroom rounding for our residents that may be incontinent. This helps to prevent any resident from having wet garments. Thirdly, medications are always stored properly and safely with clear instructions for each patient. Overall this is a great facility to work at as a caregiver and a even better one to send your loved one too.

My mother has been at Reliable Assisted Living since March/2023 and this facility is excellent. My Mother is 104 years old, and they have two other ladies at 98 and 74. The house inside and outside is immaculate, cleaned thouroghly twice a day, especially the living quarters, bathrooms, dining area, and kitchen. There is no foul language between the caregivers and patient being it is not allowed and the caregivers our very religious people. All patients or clients are bathe once in the morning and once at night, and are taken care of immediately in the event someone makes a mistake. My family and myself goes up there at diffrent times daily unannounce (early morning, midday, afternoon, evening); but all is in order. Food excellent and nutritional. Mrs. Lisa Gillis (owner) coordinate their 1st birthday party (104 years old) for my Mom on 09/22/2023 and the place inside (chairs & tables with bows/tablecloth) looked better then Martin's West. She also arranged for a surprised Liberty Rd Volunteer Fire Department drive thru with (2) largest vehicles; it was awesome. Also, WMAR Channel 2 taped the entire parade and festivities and it was televised on the 11pm news that same night. Hats off to Reliable Assisted Living and Staff and Mrs. Nicole Jones and the 1st Responders of the Liberty Rd Volunteer FD.

As soon as I stepped foot into Reliable Assisted Living I knew this facility was the one. What I valued the most was that it was very family orientated. Nice neighborhood, great staff, it was supper clean and the care was outstanding! Everyone is so welcoming! The management team is very reliable and gets the job done and the staff is super engaging. The nurses and caregivers are so great with my grandmother they are all like my family now. They keep me updated with everything involving my grandmother. She has been there for 6 months and there's never been a day I have to worry about her care. Shout out to Lisa for running an amazing facility!

Hello to everyone I just ran across this page and I wanted to post a really great review because I am really familiar with this wonderful assistant Living Home. My grandfather was actually there back in 2023 and when I tell you the staff is amazing, and the owner might I ad was just as great. They are very clean and well mannered CNA,GNA,AND MEDTECHS, and not to mention the owner is a great Register nurse who is very caring and concerning and always goes above and beyond to make sure not just all her residents are well cared for and taking care of but also gets the staff involved with them as well. They take them out to the movies, bingo, and also host fun night events with card game's, and as well as inviting other assisting living places over for fun games and food ect.. I actually am proud to say I was a part of some of the event's as well as being there for the amazing birthday party's,and holidays as well they residents are well treated and never forgotten by a long shot. This is the type of place people should look for when it come's to placing your family in the care of other people. Because at least you will sleep well knowing that your family is being taking care of the right way and treated with respect and manner's and they feel like a family at the end of the day. I'm really glad I took the time to post this because great team's need to be supported and valued.

Wonderful place! They take amazing care of my family members! We have two family members in this facility and they are well cared for. Definitely recommend! The owner Lisa is wonderful and cares greatly for her clients.

My family was in search for a good, clean, and well maintained assisted living. We visited large and small places but we found Reliable and it felt like home. My grandma loves it there! We check back to make sure she is still enjoying it and she sometimes we ask for her to come with us to an outing she sometimes declines lol. She says wants to stay home, that really warms our grandma to love staying here. Thank you for all that you guys do for her.
